Carl Braley has joined the Fortbrand team after recently retiring from Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in Manchester, NH with more than 27 years of service. Carl was the Assistant Director of Operations and Facilities and led the Airport Snow and Ice Control Program. Carl was also instrumental in the application of the Airport’s Continuity of Operations and Recovery Plans as the Airport responded to the struggles introduced by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Carl also serves as the President of the Northeast Chapter of the American Association of Airport Executives (NEC/AAAE). Carl has served two consecutive terms as Chapter President, leading the NEC/AAAE through the pandemic. Carl led the development and presentations of the International Aviation Snow Academies and has presented these A.A.A.E. certificated courses at Airports and Conferences across North America and abroad, including Airports in Argentina.
